Responsibilities
Administration & Facilities Operations

Manage daily office/facility operations: frontoffice, mailroom, housekeeping, pantry, security, transport, parking, and visitor management.

Space planning, seating charts, moves/adds/changes (MAC), and workplace standards.

Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electricals, DG/UPS, fire systems, lifts, and common areas; maintain AMC calendars.

Energy/water consumption tracking and optimization; sustainability initiatives.
Asset Management ( Equipment)

Maintain the Asset Register & CMDB (serials, tags, location, custodian, warranties, AMC, depreciation).

Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation; investigate variances.
Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare and manage admin & asset budgets
-
Implement costsaving initiatives (energy efficiency, contract optimization, demand management, consolidation).

Report monthly variance analyses and forecast updates.
