Lead - Administration

Responsibilities

Administration & Facilities Operations

  • Manage daily office/facility operations: frontoffice, mailroom, housekeeping, pantry, security, transport, parking, and visitor management.
  • Space planning, seating charts, moves/adds/changes (MAC), and workplace standards.
  • Preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, electricals, DG/UPS, fire systems, lifts, and common areas; maintain AMC calendars.
  • Energy/water consumption tracking and optimization; sustainability initiatives.

Asset Management ( Equipment)

  • Maintain the Asset Register & CMDB (serials, tags, location, custodian, warranties, AMC, depreciation).
  • Conduct periodic physical verification and reconciliation; investigate variances.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Prepare and manage admin & asset budgets
  • Implement costsaving initiatives (energy efficiency, contract optimization, demand management, consolidation).
  • Report monthly variance analyses and forecast updates.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate
  • 5 years of progressive experience in administration, facilities, or asset management
