Lead – Administrative Assistant

This position is responsible for the supporting the office of VP – Technology and his Directs effectively and providing day-to-day administrative, executive support. Required to be well organized, flexible, ability to work under pressure and enjoy the challenges of supporting senior leadership team. Ability to interact with people (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the VP–Technology and their direct reports, partnering with internal and external executives and administrative teams to coordinate complex executive calendars and meetings.
  • Coordinate leadership travel and other logistics as required, and manage end‑to‑end visitor logistics for the Hyderabad location.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of expenses, and track and manage the technology team’s engagement budget.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute meetings and events including staff meetings, town halls, and employee engagement initiatives for Hyderabad location.
  • Liaise with cross‑functional teams including Technology, Corporate Security, HR, Finance, and Real Estate to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations at the Hyderabad site.
  • Support onboarding of new hires and offboarding processes for at the Hyderabad location.
  • Prepare, track, and maintain various reports and dashboards.
  • Act as backup support for other administrative assistants to ensure continuity of operations as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • 8-15 years of experience in Executive Assistant, executive support roles
  • Detail orientated, excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with little or no supervision and strong organizational/time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail, sense of personal accountability and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
  • Understanding of global time-zones, geographies
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
