Job summary:
Responsible for performing research activities into the water and electric usage patterns of customer sectors as well as the availability and benefits of various efficient electricity and water-using technologies. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who enjoys working in a demanding environment where the results of research are an important element in meeting objectives.
General Responsibilities:
Policy, Procedures, Process and Systems

Ensure the compliance of organization’s policy, systems, processes, procedures, and controls in line with group delegation of authority policy so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.
Reporting

Ensure that all reports are completed timely and comply with the business policies and standards.

Manage the preparation of periodical management reports and progress reports to keep the business senior management informed about the progress of various initiatives and to facilitate decision-making.

Comply with organization’s requirements in a timely manner.
Job Specific Responsibilities:

Execute all internal customer facing transactions in line with TAQA Distribution strategy resulting in higher satisfaction and timely delivery of services

Ensure that internal customer needs, problems and requests are recorded and addressed in a timely manner

Ensure the delivery of a world-class business services experience

Perform research into assigned topics relating to customer sector usage of water and electricity.

Investigate suitability of technology, appliances, and practices for reduction in electricity and water consumption.

Join DSM Engineers in meeting with potential vendors and contractors to learn about their capabilities in electricity and water efficiency and make recommendations to the DSM Initiative Leads and the DSM Program Design and Implementation Section Manager regarding the incorporation of their capabilities into DSM initiatives.

Perform assigned tasks related to the design of new DSM initiatives.

Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/electrical Engineering or equivalent.

6 years of relevant working experience
Desired Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

9 years of relevant working experience
