My client is the creative agency within a Media group, driving storytelling, campaigns and brand experiences that connect with audiences across Oman and the region. From creative campaigns, production, to digital innovation, they are shaping the future of content, culture, and commerce.

The Role

We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Agency Lead who will not only manage the agencies operations and growth, but also lead the Media groups digital platforms - including our websites, mobile application, and social media channels.

This dual role requires a strategic leader who can balance agency management with digital platform leadership, ensuring that both the creative output and digital ecosystems drive growth, engagement, and monetisation.

Key Responsibilities

Agency Leadership

• Oversee the agency's daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality creative output, and strong client satisfaction.
• Lead business development across creative domains, including:

1. Influencer collaborations & talent incubation
2. Social media & digital campaigns
3. Podcast production & branded content
4. Experiential activations and other creative opportunities
5. Corporate and private events
6. Exhibition stands
7. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing creative, client servicing, and strategy team.

Digital Platform Leadership

• Manage the Media group's digital platforms (websites, mobile app, social channels) with a focus on growth, engagement, and user experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven leadership in creative agencies, media, or digital platform management.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering revenue growth and profitability.
• Deep understanding of both creative services and digital platforms (social, mobile, web).
• Demonstrated experience in digital strategy, audience growth, and monetisation models.
• Exceptional leadership, client management, and team-building skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to innovate and execute at speed.
