Lead AI Engineer (4-6 years)

We are seeking a hands-on and visionary AI Lead to spearhead all AI initiatives in our organization. You will lead a small, focused team (Data Scientist, ML Engineer, and Intern) while being actively involved in designing and deploying AI solutions across NLP, computer vision, generative AI, recommendation systems, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation—primarily for the AEC industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive AI strategy, research, and tool evaluation.
• Build & deploy models (NLP, CV, recommendation, forecasting, generative AI).
• Develop conversational AI, automation, and design-specific AI tools.
• Mentor and guide a small AI/ML team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI integration.
• Ensure ethical AI use and data compliance.

Qualifications:

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in CS, Data Science, AI, or related field.
• 4–5 years of AI/ML project experience.
• Strong Python skills; expertise with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV.
• Experience with NLP (spaCy, Hugging Face), FastAPI/Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure ML).
• Strong data handling (Pandas, NumPy) and visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Proven leadership in managing small AI/ML teams.

Bonus Points For:

• Exposure to AEC/design workflows or data-rich industries.
• Certifications in AI/ML or Responsible AI practices.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
