Job Title: Lead AI Engineer (LLMs, Langchain-LangGraph, Java, Python, Analytics, ML)

Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• AI & ML Model Development: Design, build, and deploy LLM-based AI models for real-world applications.
• Data Analytics & Processing: Work with large-scale structured & unstructured datasets for data-driven decision-making.
• Extensive working experience on Lang chain- Lang Graph
• Software Development: Develop and integrate AI-driven applications using Java, Python, and cloud-based services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Model Optimization: Improve the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of AI/ML models using advanced techniques.
• Collaboration & Leadership: Lead a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering innovation and best practices.
• AI Ethics & Compliance: Ensure AI models align with ethical AI frameworks, data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP Act 2023), and cybersecurity best practices.
• R&D & Innovation: Stay updated on LLMs, generative AI, deep learning trends, and explore emerging AI advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Education: B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
✅ Tech Stack:

• Strong experience in Java, Python, or Scala for AI model deployment.
• Expertise in LLMs (GPT, BERT, PaLM, Llama, etc.) and Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Experience with cloud AI services (AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI).
