Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is for SDET

Required Qualifications

1. 4-7 years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance

2. Strong expertise in both manual testing and test automation

3. Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation

4. Proficiency in API testing and backend validation

5. Experience with CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins

6. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies

7. Experience testing applications built on low-code platforms (Appian, Anaplan)

8. Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools (Locust, or similar)

9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with Testforce Next framework

2. Knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure testing

3. Familiarity with testing React-based front-end applications

4. Experience testing applications developed in Python and C#

5. Knowledge of database testing (SQL queries, data validation)

6. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

7. Certification in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent)

8. Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

Testing Tools

1. API Testing: Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI

2. Performance Testing: Locust

3. Test Management: JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar

4. Version Control: Git, GitHub

Soft Skills

1. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

2. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams

3. Proactive approach to identifying and preventing defects
