Lead Analyst - Accounting - BSS

Responsibilities:
This role will support design, governance, and synchronization of enterprise metadata (COA, entities, cost centers, mappings) in Oracle EDMCS, integrating with Fusion ERP GL and EPM (FCCS/Planning).

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure applications, dimensions, views, viewpoints, validations, and policies; manage requests end-to-end.
  • Implement subscriptions, exposrts/imports, and REST/API automation to align ERP/EPM.
  • Govern access/roles, ensure auditability, and run Dev Test
  • Prod compare/merge deployments.
  • Drive migration from legacy (DRM/spreadsheets) and author playbooks, test scripts, and training.
  • Stake part in workshops with stakeholders in various teams to capture metadata requirements.
  • Support Continuous Improvement and other org level initiatives

Must-Have Skills

  • Hands-on EDMCS configuration: applications, dimensions, node types, properties, views/viewpoints, requests, subscriptions, validations, and policies.
  • Oracle Cloud ERP / Other major ERP awareness: segments/values, DFFs, and COA redesigns.
  • Integration fluency: file-based imports/exports, scheduled jobs, REST API automation.
  • Governance mindset: approvals, audit trails, versioning, policy cascading, and security roles.
  • Data quality & controls: expression builder validations, change visualization, compare & merge, auditing.

Other Skills

  • Experience with EPM (FCCS/Planning) metadata sync.
  • Scripting/automation for EDMCS tasks.
  • Reporting on workflow metrics (e.g., Workflow Analysis Dashboard)
Qualifications:

Qualifications – Certifications – Experience

Preferred educational background Graduation / Post graduation in Finance/MBA/Chartered Accountant (Qualified/Semi qualified)

  • 5–8 years of experience in Metadata and Chart of Accounts and related System maintenance, Troubleshooting user level data/interface issues etc. (preferably in BFSI Industry, either in GCC / service provider environment)
