Description:
We are looking for a Lead Digital Marketing professional to drive QBurst’s internal marketing initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate will own the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital channels to strengthen brand visibility and lead generation. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SEM, SEO, and social media management along with the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:

Plan and manage SEM campaigns to support brand awareness and lead-generation objectives.

Design, execute, and continuously refine comprehensive SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, improve rankings, and drive targeted website traffic across all digital platforms.

Optimize the website for answer engines and generative AI search platforms, ensuring QBurst content remains discoverable as search models evolve.

Oversee social media initiatives and ensure consistent brand presence across platforms.

Conduct technical SEO audits, identify areas for improvement, and oversee implementation to ensure optimal performance across search engines.

Perform advanced keyword research and leverage data-driven insights to shape content strategies.

Conduct detailed competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, for enhancing SEO performance.

Analyze SEO and campaign metrics, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Prepare performance reports and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making.

Lead initiatives independently from concept through execution with minimal supervision.

Collaborate with content, marcom, design, and development teams to align initiatives with broader business goals.

Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends, adapting strategies to maintain and enhance performance.
Requirements:

6 to 12 years in digital marketing with hands-on SEM, SEO, and social media experience.

Experience in digital marketing for an IT services or technology consulting company is preferred.

Proven track record of driving measurable results in organic traffic growth, search rankings, and lead generation.

Proficiency in major SEO tools and working knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and Search Console.

Experience with email marketing tools such as HubSpot or SFMC is a plus.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.

Strong grasp of content marketing and user experience principles, and how they integrate with SEO to drive engagement and conversions.
