Lead Architect

About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Lead Architect to define and drive the overall architecture strategy across our projects. This role requires a strong technical leader who can balance strategic vision with hands-on expertise, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead design decisions and establish architecture standards and best practices
• Oversee system or project architecture from concept through delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business objectives
• Evaluate and select technologies, tools, and frameworks
• Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, security, and reliability requirements
• Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement across architecture practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
• Professional architecture license
• 5–10+ years of relevant experience in architecture and system design
• Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects
• Strong expertise in architecture frameworks, design patterns, and best practices
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
