OBSS is looking for a Lead Art Director to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering end-to-end software solutions across diverse industries. You will work on cutting-edge projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain high-quality applications that solve real business problems.


Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and evolution of the company’s overall visual language; create new and distinctive visual systems for the main brand and sub-brands when required.
  • Define and guide the creative direction of all design work supporting corporate communications and marketing initiatives.
  • Establish the design approach for campaigns, launches, and communication projects; develop strong creative concepts aligned with multi-channel strategies.
  • Ensure consistency and maintain high design quality standards across digital, print, motion, and branding projects.
  • Oversee and direct motion, video, and digital content production processes; actively contribute to creative ideation and concept development.
  • Conduct quality control of all design outputs and safeguard brand consistency across touchpoints.
  • Lead and mentor Art Directors and Junior team members; manage task allocation, project planning, and prioritization.
  • Set and uphold design quality standards while building scalable and sustainable design systems.
  • Take ownership of improving and structuring design processes; provide brand consistency consultancy across the organization.


Qualifications / Technical Skills

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Art Direction.
  • Proven experience in creative agencies and/or corporate brand environments, particularly in campaign and brand management.
  • Strong multi-channel production experience (Digital, Print, Motion, Branding).
  • A strong and comprehensive design portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-level execution.
  • Strong expertise in typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Solid experience in brand systems and corporate identity development.
  • Good understanding of motion design processes and video production workflows.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • System-oriented mindset with the ability to build scalable and sustainable design structures.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with proven team leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
