The Partnership & Alliances Lead Assistant Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the partner ecosystem by managing strategic partnerships, operational processes, and cross-functional collaboration. The role ensures seamless partner onboarding, alignment with internal teams, and maximized partner performance through continuous monitoring, enablement, and innovation. This position plays a critical role in scaling partnerships, increasing operational efficiency, and driving long-term value for both EXL and its partners.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Partnership Management

Oversee operational aspects of partner relationships to ensure alignment with business goals.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Educational Qualifications

Relevant and total years of Experience

Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving partner enablement programs.

Familiarity with partner funding models, technical onboarding, and solution listing processes.
