Role Overview


We are seeking a Lead Assistant Manager – Solutions & Product Marketing to support omni-channel marketing initiatives for our AI, Digital Solutions, and Partnerships businesses. This role will play a key part in executing go-to-market (GTM) programs, delivering integrated campaigns, and developing compelling marketing content that drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline impact.

The role centers on executional excellence – managing campaign delivery, coordinating across product, industry, and creative teams, and ensuring programs are launched on time, on brand, and with measurable results. In parallel, you will support the creation and adaptation of messaging frameworks and content assets including solution briefs, case studies, presentations, blogs, and web copy – ensuring narratives are customer-centric, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.

You have a strong foundation in campaign delivery, messaging, content creation, and project coordination, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution & Delivery
    • Support the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns (email, digital, events, partner co-marketing) with a focus on solution and product launches.
    • Manage campaign setup, QA, and execution in marketing platforms, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
    • Partner with product, industry, and sales enablement teams to ensure campaigns reflect GTM strategy and solution priorities.
  • Content & Messaging Support
    • Draft and edit marketing content including solution briefs, product overviews, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
    • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with approved messaging frameworks and solution positioning.
    • Collaborate with product marketing and creative teams to adapt content for different channels and buyer personas.
  • Reporting & Optimization
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare reports for stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in solution/product messaging resonance and campaign performance; share recommendations with the Manager and broader team.
    • Maintain campaign documentation and best practices to inform future product GTM activities.
  • Project Management
    • Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies across campaigns using project management tools.
    • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth approvals, content updates, and delivery of campaign assets.
    • Facilitate cross-functional communication between product marketing, industry marketing, and creative partners.
  • GTM & Ad Hoc Support
    • Support go-to-market activities for solution and product launches, including messaging rollouts, content development, and campaign activation.
    • Help maintain repositories of product/solution marketing assets and enforce governance standards.
    • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform solution positioning and campaign direction.
    • Independently manage smaller projects, ad hoc BU requests, or ABM initiatives with minimal guidance.


Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, in marketing/business-related discipline


Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with exposure to campaign execution, content creation, or product marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in content and messaging.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track performance and draw actionable insights.
  • Team player, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
