Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Design, plan, and execute employee engagement programs, activities, and initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and culture.

Implement, and analyze employee surveys to gather feedback on workplace satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and track employee engagement trends.

Manage and drive the goal setting and appraisal for all employees along with functional managers

Collaborate with functional teams, Learning &Development to identify training and development opportunities that enhance employee skills, job satisfaction, and career growth.

Recognize and celebrate employee achievements and milestones through various recognition programs.
Education & Experience:
-
Education Qualification: Post Graduation in Human Resources Management / Labour Management/ Organizational Development. Additional Certifications in HR or employee engagement are advantageous.
- Work Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in HR – Employee Engagement role

Excellent interpersonal skills
- Communication Skills – Excellent written & verbal skills in English (Optional: Tamil and Hindi)

Reasonable computer skills – MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint – Essential

Analytical Skills – Data Analysis skills to interpret survey results and make data driven recommendations.

People management and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle employee engagement functions independently
