Lead Associate : Data Analyst

Responsibilities:

- Monthly Monetization supply planning and optimization

- Monthly BU wise Traffic planning

- Monitor Platform Search trends and reporting

- Work in tandem with Product team on Search and Sort related BRDs and PRDs

- Manage a team of 2 analysts and drive overall Store Analytics

- Work on Growth of Central Campaigns like Myntra Unique

- Support business decisions by - formulating hypothesis, structuring the problem, analyse relevant data to verify hypothesis and prepare documentation to communicate the results with insights

- Monitor key metrics such as revenue, gross margin, item price, conversion, customer count etc.

- Influence various teams/stakeholders within the organization (planning, category etc.) to meet goals

- Analyzing platform and category level metrics to isolate problems/strength areas to solve/leverage

- Develop & implement strong reporting formats which give a 360 degree view of the health of the portfolio

- Use statistical methods to analyze data and generate useful business reports and insights

- Work with management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each business segment.

- Work with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project

Qualifications & Experience:

- Engineering Degree from an accredited university or college.

- Work experience as a data analyst or in related analytics area for at least 3+ Years

- Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational databases (SQL exposure a must)

- High-competency in written and verbal communication skills

- Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management.

- Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal or no supervision

- Experience with advanced MS Excel, Python or R and SQL a must
