 Summary
 
 
 
 We are looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Leader to spearhead the growth and development of our International beauty category within Myntra&rsquo;s ecosystem. This role requires deep expertise in the beauty industry, international business development to drive growth and market penetration in key markets
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Category Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for building the International beauty segment on Myntra. Define short-term and long-term objectives to drive sales, profitability, and market share.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partnership Development &amp; Management: Establish and nurture strategic relationships with beauty brands, suppliers, distributors, and key stakeholders to expand the availability of top International beauty brands on Myntra
 </li>
 <li>
 Myntra Advertising and Marketing: Collaborate with Myntra Advertising teams to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and sponsored product strategies to drive traffic and sales for beauty products.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performance Optimization: Utilize data analytics and insights to optimize performance metrics including sales, conversion rates, traffic, and profitability. Implement strategies to improve rankings and visibility of beauty products on Myntra.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer Experience: Lead initiatives to enhance the customer shopping experience for International Beauty products on Myntra. Work with UX/UI teams to optimize product pages, content, and reviews.
 </li>
 <li>
 Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior within the beauty category on Amazon. Leverage insights to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of beauty category specialists. Provide coaching, mentorship, and professional development to ensure team success and alignment with business goals.

 Requirements

 Proven track record (8-10 years) in senior leadership roles within the beauty industry, specifically in e-commerce and business development.
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience and success in working for International Beauty Brands or as partners to the Brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
 </li>

 Role Overview
 
 
 We are looking for a dynamic and analytical leader to head the Sell Side for one of our highest engagement categories: Sports, Footwear, and Athleisure.
 
 
 As the Associate Director, you will own the P&amp;L, drive revenue growth, and shape the consumer journey on the platform. You will be responsible for orchestrating the "Demand" side of the business&mdash;ensuring the right products get the right visibility at the right price. You will lead a high-performing team of 6+ members and collaborate extensively with central marketing, product, and revenue teams.
 
 
 Key Responsibilities

 P&amp;L Ownership &amp; Revenue Growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Revenue Management: Own the top-line and bottom-line growth for the category. Define monthly, quarterly, and annual operating plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Growth Hacking: Drive consistent Year-on-Year (YoY) growth by balancing Consumer Acquisition (new users) and Retention (repeat purchase frequency).
 </li>
 <li>
 Pricing Strategy: Develop and execute dynamic pricing strategies. Balance competitiveness with gross margin targets, managing discounting and burning strategies effectively.
 </li>
 <li>
 On-Platform Merchandising &amp; Customer Experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Visual Merchandising: Oversee the store-front management. Ensure high-quality cataloging, curation, and visual appeal to maximize conversion rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Inventory Visibility: Optimize product ranking logic and discovery mechanisms to ensure the right assortment is visible to the right customer segments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Events &amp; Activations: Lead the planning and execution of large-scale platform events (like EORS, Big Fashion Festival) specifically for the Sports &amp; Footwear category.
 </li>
 <li>
 Traffic &amp; Marketing Strategy
 </li>
 <li>
 Traffic Growth: Strategize to increase both Organic (SEO, direct) and Inorganic (Paid, CRM, Push Notifications) traffic to the category pages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Marketing Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between the category and the Central Marketing Team. Co-create off-platform activation plans, influencer marketing strategies, and brand campaigns to drive category awareness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Team Leadership &amp; Stakeholder Management
 </li>
 <li>
 People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6+ category managers and analysts. Foster a high-performance culture and manage succession planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Buy Side (Sourcing/Brand partnerships), Supply Chain, Product, and Tech teams to remove bottlenecks and improve customer NPS.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 Key Requirements

 Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute is highly preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience: 8&ndash;12 years of total experience with significant exposure to E-commerce, Retail, or FMCG sectors.

 Functional Skills:

 Strong background in P&amp;L management and Revenue planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of Digital Marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, CTR, ROAS).

 Leadership: Proven track record of managing mid-sized teams (5+ members).
