Lead Associate - DEI Strategy & Program Execution

  • Lead end-to-end execution of DEI programs — from ideation, stakeholder alignment, budgeting, and communications to impact assessment.
  • Identify inclusion gaps using workforce data, employee insights, and external benchmarks; apply structured problem-solving to diagnose root causes.
  • Conceptualize innovative, business-aligned DEI interventions with clearly defined success metrics and measurable outcomes.
  • Build scalable frameworks and playbooks for recurring initiatives and flagship moments to ensure sustainability.
  • Partner with HRBPs ,business leaders and COEs to embed inclusion into hiring, performance, and talent processes.
  • Strengthen employer brand and advocacy through internal and external awareness and collaboration with employer branding, corporate communication and external partners
  • Strengthen ERGs through structured governance, leadership sponsorship, and engagement strategies.
  • Track representation, participation, and impact metrics; present insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Support external advocacy by amplifying DEI initiatives through partnerships, forums, and employer branding platforms.
  • Support development and rollout of the organization’s DEI roadmap aligned to business priorities
  • End to end management of all key DEI vendors and partners
  • Talent Management
  • Drive awareness and adoption of the internal Talent Marketplace platform
  • Identify adoption gaps and recommend improvement actions
  • Drive execution of talent initiatives in partnership with HRBPs, business teams and other HR COEs
  • Work with HRBPs and COEs to embed skills into hiring , development conversations , performance management
  • Track skill data trends and identify gaps across functions
  • Monitor span of control across business units and provide periodic reporting on span metrics
  • Drive end-to-end adoption of the internal Talent Marketplace platform
  • Build awareness campaigns to educate employees and managers on how to use the platform effectively
  • Track usage metrics (active users,, project participation, IDP Completion) and share insights
  • Identify barriers to adoption and implement targeted interventions
  • Track IDP completion and quality metrics across business units
  • Create toolkits and enablement materials to support meaningful development conversations
  • Support activation of the skills framework within career conversations
  • Develop communication materials and guides that simplify career architecture for employees
  • Identify trends in career movement and highlight skill gaps that impact progression
  • Monitor span of control and layer structures across functions

Other Key Responsibilities Under DEI & Talent Management

People Analytics & Insights

  • Build and maintain DEI and Talent dashboards (representation, hiring mix, attrition trends, etc.)
  • Track impact metrics for DEI and talent initiatives

Industry Benchmarking & External Research

  • Conduct benchmarking against peer organizations on diversity ratios, inclusion practices and talent programs
  • Monitor industry trends impacting DEI and talent management

Program Management

  • End to end managing, and driving DEI and talent programs with minimal supervision

Experience & Qualification

  • MBA or equivalent qualification in Human Resources
  • 3- 6 years of experience in DE&I or Talent Management function
