Lead Avionics Certification Engineer

As a Lead Avionics Certification Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in leading the certification process for new products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will develop and implement certification strategies and plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful certification. Staying updated with industry trends and regulations related to product certification will be crucial in this role. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and support to the team.

You will report directly to our Sr. Certification Manager and you will work out of our Phoenix, Arizona location on a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact Honeywell by ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining product quality, reducing time-to-market, mitigating risks, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement in the certification process.
