Lead - B2C Commerce IT Business Analyst

What awaits you in this role?

You will take an active role in shaping the digital experience of Arçelik’s Oliz mobile app , ensuring seamless integration between commerce, loyalty, and customer engagement journeys.

We are looking for a passionate Lead - B2C Commerce IT Business Analyst who will join our team at Transformation&Alternative Sales Channels Directorate .

• Gather and identify detailed business requirements from various stakeholders and translate them into actionable user stories and maintain a prioritized, value-driven product backlog,
• Actively engage with internal and external stakeholders to manage conflicting requests and ensure continuous alignment on priorities,
• Collaborate with architects, developers and designers in the definition of technical solutions,
• Review and interpret API documentation; engage in technical discussions with technical teams, knowledge about API testing tools (i.e., Postman),
• Participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, including software development, integration and UAT testing,
• Support cross-functional projects focused on high priority strategic initiatives,
• Ensure appropriate use of IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
• Track project progress, ensuring timely delivery,
• Research the latest digital trends, best practives and technologies,
• Demonstrate a proactive eagerness to learn and adapt to new applications within the ecommerce ecosystem

The position is located in Kadıköy,İstanbul.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems or closely related field in Engineering),
• 5+ years of experience as Business or System Analyst in IT ( B2C Commerce and Mobile App know-how is a must),
• Expertise in business processes and functionalities in Commerce domain (e.g., customer loyalty management, customer services, cross-company promotion management, e-commerce B2C order management, etc.),
• Solid knowledge of mobile app development technologies (Flutter, React Native) and platforms (iOS, Android),
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and user engagement platforms such as Firebase,Insider,
• Solid knowledge of digital technologies such as AI, cloud-based architecture, microservices, cybersecurity,
• Experience working with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira,Confluence),
• Proficiency in business process modeling and analysis tools,
• Demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire proficiency in new applications and technologies through proactive self-learning and adaptation,
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with customer-centric approach,
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize and escalate if necessary,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Flexible and open to new perspectives and diversity,
• A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
