Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Engineering, Management, Economics, or related departments
• 2+ years of experience as an Analyst/Product Owner
• Proficient in creating complex technical and functional requirements documentation
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and vendor management skills
• General understanding of data structures and basic SQL knowledge
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, SDLC, and Project Management principles
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships and thrive in high-pressure environments

In this role you will

• Build robust partnerships with various business stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Customer Support, Pricing, Sales, Operations, and Legal), external partners, and development teams
• Create and manage product backlog items, prioritizing them in alignment with customer and team needs, as well as product strategy and goals
• Own the roadmap, quarterly planning, and prioritize third-party integrations within our platform
• Proactively identify customer experience trends and propose innovative solutions
• Actively engage in innovative initiatives, particularly focusing on AI-supported CRM processes
• Responsible for both business and technical analysis of CRM processes
• Create and manage project documentation, including business requirements and functional design documents, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery that meets business expectations
• Managing test scenarios preparation, including defect tracking and reporting, confirming the accuracy and completeness of requirements
• Manage vendors if the solution requires outsourcing efforts
