OBSS is looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering accurate, automated, and compliant reporting solutions that create real business impact across the banking sector.


Main Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of existing regulatory reports.
  • Automating manual and semi-manual reporting processes.
  • Preparing and delivering regulatory reports (BDDK, MASAK, TCMB, etc.) accurately and on time.
  • Supporting ad hoc reporting needs from business units and regulatory authorities.
  • Working with data engineers to enhance datamart structures for new reporting requirements.
  • Performing data validation, control, and quality checks to ensure compliance and reliability.
  • Documenting processes, standards, and reporting guidelines to ensure consistency.


This role requires both deep SQL expertise and hands-on regulatory reporting experience within the banking sector.


Qualifications / Technical Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience specifically in regulatory reporting within the banking sector (preferably BDDK, MASAK, TCMB).
  • MSSQL knowledge and good understanding of reporting processes
  • PL&SQL is a plus
  • Experience in communication with business units and regulatory authorities
  • Solid SQL skills (queries, joins, views, stored procedures)
  • Hands-on experience with Excel/Power BI or similar reporting tools
  • Experience in data validation, quality checks, and control processes
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to prepare documentation such as data standards, procedures, and reporting guidelines
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in hybrid/agile environments is a plus
