Payrate: 22.50

Due to the nature of this position, flexibility is essential. If a flight is delayed, the candidate must be willing and able to stay until all flights are completed for the day.
- Must be familiar with all aspects of the operation relating to special services; oversees operation, employee groups, and directs shift coordination; provides on-site recurring training as required; acts as liaison between American and contract staff. Must be able to lead and motivate employees to work as a team, be decisive and able to work under demanding operational conditions in a stressful environment. Must be able to work rotating shifts, days off and holidays. Must possess effective written and verbal communication skills. Must possess an in-depth knowledge.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Proficient in reading and writing in English.

- One year of lead or supervisory experience
