Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, cocktails, and mixology techniques
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating bills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling safety procedures
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service best practices
Please note that previous experience working as a bartender in the food industry is preferred, but not required. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers.
