Lead Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Lead Bartender to elevate our bar service and create memorable experiences for our guests. Duties

• Lead the bar team by providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality service
• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and alcohol service regulations, including proper food handling and responsible serving practices
• Manage POS system Toast.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies, stock rotation, and minimizing waste
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health standards
• Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately while managing cashiering duties during shifts

Skills

• Proven experience as a bartender with fine dining or nightclub experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours
• Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to upsell beverages and promote sales effectively
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience with banquet events or catering is a plus
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math understanding, and drink measurements
• Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, supplies, and shift responsibilities
