Develop annual Turkey brand strategic plans based on brand objectives and local consumer insight, including event calendars, content development, and integrated marketing.
Develop & execute Turkey new product launch strategies and campaigns, including co-MKT activities with strategic customers to achieve brand and business goals.
Implement brand perception plans (copy, visual concepts, events) based on marketing strategies, product positioning, and selling points.
Coordinate & develop media strategies and plans based on brand and new product launch objectives.
Oversee content marketing; develop and maintain influencer relationships on social media platforms; analyze market and consumer needs and adjust content strategies.
Collect user and brand insights from other markets and or competitors, innovative cross-industry cases, and competitive intelligence; provide reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
+6 years of experience in Brand, Product and or E-Commerce Marketing, in the Turkish market.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful Brand and Co-Marketing campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Turkish and English. Mandatory.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
