Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the field force team, including recruitment, performance monitoring, and training of promoters.

- Own the offline retail expansion roadmap across key partners (consumer electronics chains, operators, traditional retail).

- Plan, execute, and monitor retail investments (stand placements, shop-in-shop areas, demo units, display enhancements, etc.)

- Ensure sell-out performance through effective promoter coverage, field audits, and in-store execution quality.

- Work closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to align in-store activities with campaigns and brand objectives.

- Identify and evaluate new retail growth opportunities in line with brand strategy.

- Build strong relationships with key retail partners and manage commercial negotiations related to offline visibility.

- Track retail KPIs and generate regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or trade marketing, preferably in consumer electronics, FMCG, or telecom.

- Proven experience managing field teams and delivering strong sell-out performance.

- Solid understanding of the Turkish retail ecosystem, including major chains and regional dynamics.

- Strong project management and budgeting skills related to POSM and retail investments. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

- Fluency in Turkish and professional English is required.

- Willingness to travel across Turkey as needed.
