Lead Business Analyst

Machint Solutions is seeking to hire a Lead Business Analyst to lead a team of junior BAs.

Job Description: 5+ years of technology consulting in the financial industry Proficient with Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.) Participate in / facilitate discussions to discover solutions, as well as capturing and transforming business and technology requirements into high-quality User Stories and Acceptance criteria Support the software development environment with emphasis in the Requirement Analysis, Planning and Testing phases Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across Scrum team Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders Manage the activities, tasks, and deliverables of application releases throughout the Agile SDLC

Skills Required: A highly analytical approach to problem-solving, with an attention to detail An intuition for user experience; you design for delight, and deliver through continual innovation Appetite to learn by collaborating with top talent in finance to understand their complex business process Experience in working for large Financial Corporations Being agile to changes in priorities, including prioritizing requirements based on return on investment A good communicator who can convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
