We are looking for aServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and working knowledge of advanced ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring successful implementations and enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Provide functional expertise inITOM,CMDB,CSDM,Service Mapping,Discovery,Event Management, andITAM.
- Validate solutions against requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
- Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.
Required Skills Expertise:- Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules:
- ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
- CMDB CSDM frameworks
- ITAM (Asset Management)
- Ability to define and document processes, workflows, and data models.
- Understanding of integrations and data flows within ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:- ServiceNow certifications such asCSA (Certified System Administrator) orCIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in relevant modules.
- Experience in large-scale ServiceNow deployments.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
