LEAD BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for aServiceNow Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong functional expertise and working knowledge of advanced ServiceNow modules. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring successful implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Provide functional expertise inITOM,CMDB,CSDM,Service Mapping,Discovery,Event Management, andITAM.
• Validate solutions against requirements and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Support configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for stakeholders.

Required Skills Expertise:

• Strong functional knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules:
• ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management)
• CMDB CSDM frameworks
• ITAM (Asset Management)
• Ability to define and document processes, workflows, and data models.
• Understanding of integrations and data flows within ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow certifications such asCSA (Certified System Administrator) orCIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) in relevant modules.
• Experience in large-scale ServiceNow deployments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
