HR Systems Business Analyst - Recruitment & Onboarding

About the Role
As a HR Systems Business Analyst, you will connect HR teams with technology, translating business needs into practical solutions. Working mainly with SAP SuccessFactors, you will collaborate with colleagues across regions to enhance our Recruitment and Onboarding processes. You will help capture requirements, design smart system improvements, and support teams as we introduce new enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
About the Team
You will be part of the team responsible for all global HR systems at SwissRe, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. Our team works collaboratively to design, implement, and maintain HR technology solutions that enhance employee experience from recruitment through the entire employee lifecycle.
About You
You are analytical and organized, with a talent for turning business needs into clear technical requirements. You enjoy understanding how things work, improving them step by step, and explaining complex topics in a simple way. You build strong relationships across HR and technical teams, helping everyone stay aligned and moving forward. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and deliver solutions and documentation that make work easier and more effective for others.
