We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst – AI/ML to drive the end-to-end ownership of AI systems across AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI. This role bridges business strategy, engineering, product delivery, and governance, ensuring scalable, compliant, and value-driven AI solutions throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities

Lead discovery and definition of complex AI problem statements

Decide suitability of AI, GenAI, rule-based, or traditional automation approaches

Define value hypotheses, assumptions, constraints, and risks
-
Own AI use cases from ideation through production scale
-
Define and manage AI functional and non-functional requirements including latency, scalability, reliability, and explainability
-
Set acceptance criteria aligned to AI behavior and outcomes
-
Oversee AI Evals, AI Metrics, validation, and value realization
-
Develop data strategy and dataset requirements
-
Specify model build or usage requirements, retraining, and decommissioning strategies
-
Guide feature evolution and retraining cycles
-
Manage MLOps and LLMOps lifecycle
-
In GenAI, direct prompting, orchestration, and inference workflows
-
Shape AI behavior, UX, human-in-the-loop design, confidence thresholds, fallback mechanisms, and failure modes
-
Ensure AI outputs align with business rules and user expectations
-
Participate in model validation, UAT, pilot launches, and phased rollouts
-
Establish post-production monitoring and feedback loops
-
Oversee AI lifecycle, governance, and compliance
-
Apply responsible AI principles including fairness, bias, and transparency
-
Support industry and regulatory requirements, auditability, explainability, and traceability
-
Advise business and leadership on AI capabilities and limitations
-
Bridge communication between business stakeholders, data science, engineering, architecture, risk, legal, and compliance

Drive adoption, change management, and AI literacy
Requirements
-
10–14 years overall experience with 4–12+ years as BA, PO, or Product Analyst and 4+ years delivering AI-driven products or platforms

Knowledge of business analysis, requirement gathering, BRD, FRD, and stakeholder management
-
Expertise in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI/LLMs
-
Understanding of MLOps, LLMOps lifecycle, dataset creation, labeling, and quality considerations
-
Skills in AI evaluation metrics, monitoring strategies, and responsible AI and ethics
-
Advanced requirements engineering for AI systems and Agile Product Ownership for AI and data teams
-
Experience owning AI solutions from concept to production
