We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst – API with SQL to drive business analysis, requirement gathering, and API integration initiatives. This role requires strong expertise in business analysis, stakeholder management, and technical communication, with a focus on API and SQL-driven projects.
Responsibilities

Lead business analysis efforts and requirement gathering for API and SQL projects

Manage stakeholder communications and align business needs with technical solutions

Document requirements, system guides, and user guides with proven accuracy

Evaluate technical feasibility, integration points, and system dependencies

Analyze existing systems and applications to understand business logic and workflows
-
Identify functional and non-functional requirements by observing system behavior and outputs
-
Collaborate with off-shore teams to manage deliverables and technical communications
-
Utilize diagramming skills to visualize workflows and system architecture
-
Apply Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, to project execution

Use JIRA and WIKI software for project tracking and documentation

Ensure flexibility in schedule to accommodate outsourced environments and time differences
Requirements

10-14 years of working experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management
-
Knowledge of API integrations, SQL queries, and relational database concepts
-
Background in Agile development processes, SDLC, and Scrum framework
-
Skills in requirements documentation, system/user guides, and technical communication
-
Expertise in analyzing legacy systems with limited documentation
-
Proficiency in diagramming and workflow visualization
-
Competency in using tools like Postman to test and validate APIs
-
Qualifications in managing off-shore teams and outsourced environments

Showcase of strong spoken and written English skills

Familiarity with JIRA and WIKI software
