Role Summary:


We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst to drive insights, strategy, and process optimization across our Pay Later and Cash Loan ecosystem . The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in consumer lending models such as Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) , Send Now Pay Later (SNPL) , and Cash Now products with strong exposure to digital payments , credit risk analytics , and collections optimization .

You will play a key role in bridging data, product, and operations, defining metrics, building models, and enabling business growth through data-led decision-making.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Lead business analysis across the lending and pay later lifecycle — from origination to repayment and collections.
  • Translate data into actionable insights that improve portfolio performance , conversion rates , and recovery outcomes .
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to design, launch, and optimize loan, SNPL, and overdraft features .
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to monitor credit performance, user journeys, and transaction health.
  • Develop business cases and recommend strategies to enhance credit approval , limit assignment , and collections efficiency .
  • Collaborate with external partners (wallets, payment gateways, and consumer platforms) for integration and data exchange.
  • Identify risks, trends, and customer behavior patterns using data analytics and predictive modeling.


Key Requirements :


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within BNPL, SNPL, Pay Later, or Digital Lending ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of consumer credit journeys , risk scorecards , and collections analytics .
  • Hands-on experience in building or managing BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) and SQL-based analytics .
  • Proven experience collaborating with product, data, and fintech teams in agile environments.
  • Exposure to on-demand or B2C platforms in fintech, mobility, or digital payments domains.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
