Lead Business Development and Channel partnership

Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Channel Partnership Executive / BDM to grow our referral partner network and drive revenue for business set up and corporate services. The role focuses on building strong partnerships and converting partner-led opportunities into successful client engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and other lead generation techniques.

· Generate sales and develop business development strategies aligned with company objectives and growth targets.

· Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners (Consultants, Auditors, Real estate brokers and owners etc.)

· Generate and convert leads through partner and direct business development efforts

· Build and maintain strong partner relationships to ensure consistent lead flow

· Present business setup solutions and close deals

· Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets

· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

· Requirements

· Proven experience in channel sales, partnerships, or business development

· Experience of working with a Free Zone or a Corporate Services Provider in the UAE would be an added advantage

· Background in business setup, consulting, or professional services preferred

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

· Generate new business for Corporate services (visa processing, company formation, government liaison, license renewals).

· Target-driven and self-motivated

· Experience using CRM or sales tracking tools

Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum 2 years of experience in business setup, B2B sales, company formation, legal compliance, or corporate services in UAE.

· Existing network of SME or corporate clients
