Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to oversee BI initiatives, manage data visualization projects, and deliver actionable insights to leadership. This role requires strong analytical expertise, technical proficiency, and the ability to align BI strategies with organizational goals in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• BI Strategy: Define and implement BI frameworks to support decision-making.
• Data Visualization: Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Data Governance: Ensure compliance with GCC regulations and corporate policies.
• Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, analyze trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaboration: Partner with academic teams, IT, and leadership to deliver insights.
• Innovation Leadership: Drive adoption of emerging BI technologies and methodologies.
• Team Development: Mentor analysts and foster a culture of data-driven excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of BI experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of BI frameworks and GCC business environments.
• Expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in education consultancy or international organizations is an advantage.

Pay: RO1,500.000 - RO2,200.000 per month
