Role Overview:
The Lead Buyer – Homeware is responsible for curating, sourcing, and managing the product assortment across all homeware categories such as décor, kitchenware, tableware, furnishings, and bath. The role ensures that the range is trend-relevant, price-competitive, and aligned with customer preferences and brand positioning. The individual will drive end-to-end buying processes, vendor negotiations, and margin management to achieve business objectives and category growth

Monitortheageingofstockwithreferencetooverallstockholdingasperdefinednorms

AnalyzeandmakerecommendationsforspaceplanningtoensuretheSPFandMPFforthedepartment is in line with concept performance

WorkcloselywithPlanningandMC,VM,Designer,Graphicdesignertotranslatecategorygoalsonthe floor and for adequate stock availability on the floor
Relationship management
