Job Overview:

To oversee and manage RFQ-based procurement operations, ensure governance compliance, supervise procurement staff, and drive commercial value, efficiency, and supplier performance across all sourcing activities at Al Qadsiah Club.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate RFQ activities executed by Buyers and Senior Buyers.
  
• Review and validate commercial evaluations prior to submission for approval.
  
• Lead negotiations for high-value, strategic, or critical procurement.
  
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, delegation of authority, and budget controls.
  
• Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and sourcing optimization strategies.
  
• Ensure complete documentation and audit readiness of all RFQ processes.
  
• Evaluate and manage supplier performance and risk.
  
• Support procurement planning and reporting to the Procurement Lead.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  
• 8–12 years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  
• Strong leadership and commercial negotiation expertise.
  
• Experience managing multi-category procurement portfolios.
  
• Advanced reporting and analytical skills.
