The Lead Caregiver provides high-level caregiving support while serving as a dependable, go-to resource for urgent, last-minute, and hard-to-fill shifts. This role requires exceptional flexibility, the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs, and comfort responding to short-notice requests. The Lead Caregiver consistently presents a confident, professional image and represents the company with integrity in every client interaction. In addition to delivering quality care for clients with complex needs, this role supports the office by modeling reliability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to the company’s mission of exceptional in-home care.
