B Home Care is actively hiring a Lead Caregiver / CNA / Home Health Aide (HHA) for a full-time, guaranteed hours position.

This is a high-priority role for a dependable, experienced caregiver who can take initiative, handle last-minute shifts, and provide top-quality care to seniors in their homes.

Schedule:

• Full-Time – Guaranteed 30+ hours/week
• Required availability: Saturday – Wednesday
• Must be available ON-CALL during scheduled days

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on personal care (ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance)
• Act as a Lead Caregiver and go-to team member for urgent coverage
• Respond to last-minute call-offs and shift needs
• Start care with new clients and ensure smooth transitions
• Deliver companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safety supervision
• Communicate with office staff, families, and clients professionally
• Maintain high standards of care and reliability

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years caregiving experience (Home Care, CNA, HHA, DSP, or similar)
• Experience with elder care, senior care, or in-home care preferred
• Strong communication and reliability (VERY important for this role)
• Ability to work flexible/on-call schedule
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation (preferred)
