Lead Carpenter

Need carpenter to handle ongoing remodels/renovations of single family houses. Your role will be to:

Carpentry (sub floors, floor joists, framing, doors)

Install door trim/wall trim etc.

Install Vinyl Flooring

Minor plumbing/electric

Install Kitchen Cabinets

Painting

If you need to maintain current employment and work the weekends and that's ok also. You will be paid cash as a 1099.

• Rough carpenter: 4 years (Preferred)
