Lead Carpenter

We are seeking a Lead Carpenter for immediate long term employment. Jobs are typically in Wake Forest, but we travel anywhere in Wake, Franklin, Orange, Durham, or Warren counties. Lead Carpenter will work under the supervision of Field Supervisor, but have the potential for leading a crew. Position has potential for long term stability, with a 90-day trial period. Construction and carpentry experience is required. Would like applicant to be familiar with construction and remodeling of residential homes & in replacing siding & exterior trim, building decks, replacing doors & windows, etc. but not required. Applicant must be able to work from ladders and lift at least 80lbs. Applicant must represent the company well (you will be working at customer's homes), maintain required paper work, keep trailer & tools clean and organized, and be able to follow instructions from Field Supervisor. Attention to detail is imperative. Applicant will need to provide personal tools (i.e. tool belt, tape measure, hammer, etc.). All other tools will be provided. Applicant must have a current valid driver's license. Background checks & drug testing may be performed and references are required. Please send a resume with references and contact information.
