Lead Carpenter/Trim Carpenter

Job Summary

STOA Design + Construction is seeking a Lead Carpenter/Trim Carpenter. We are looking for someone who can read plans proficiently, collaborates and delegates skillfully, as well a able to anticipate and plan for all stages of construction. We are architects and builders who thrive on collaboration and draw upon vetted techniques, innovative technology and the realities of material properties and material possibilities to sharpen our projects.

We are now recruiting a position of Lead Carpenter/Trim Carpenter with 5-15 years experience. We are seeking a candidate who has any eye for both the big picture and for detail. Experience with millwork and high-end trim is preferred. Must be able to relate well with clients, co-workers and subcontractors. Our projects are mostly custom residential with some commercial work. We are Passive House experienced and certified.
