Lead Carpenter / Leadman – Post Frame Construction

Everlast Structures, LLC is a growing, family-oriented construction company specializing in high-end post frame buildings, garages, commercial buildings, and barndominiums throughout Southeast Wisconsin.

We are looking for an experienced Leadman Carpenter with at least 5 years of framing experience who wants to build a long-term career with a company that takes pride in quality craftsmanship.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at rough framing and is eager to expand their skills in every aspect of carpentry while working under an experienced foreman.

What You'll Do

• Perform rough framing on high-quality post frame buildings.
• Learn and install steel siding and roofing systems.
• Install windows, entry doors, and overhead door framing.
• Develop skills in trim work and finish carpentry.
• Read and interpret construction plans.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Work closely with an experienced foreman to continue developing your leadership and trade skills.
• Take ownership of your work and deliver craftsmanship you can be proud of.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of framing experience required.
• Strong understanding of framing techniques and construction fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn all phases of post frame construction and finish carpentry.
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual.
• Strong work ethic with a desire to grow professionally.
• Someone who takes pride in producing exceptional work—not just getting the job done.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
