- Shift: 1st Shift Full-time - 5am start time
- Schedule: Tuesday-Friday (Saturday, Sunday, and Monday off)
- Local Deliveries - Home Every Night
- Prior touch freight experience is required
- Pay: Starting at $32 per hour
- Off on Major Holidays (8 Total)
- Must be 21 Year of Age
- Must have Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (At least 1yr experience required)

Responsibilities:
- Personnel Development: Act as the primary Field Trainer, onboarding and coaching new drivers to ensure high performance and safety standards.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure the integrity and accuracy of daily loads while maintaining strict compliance with ABC and DOT regulations.
- Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key customer accounts to ensure service excellence.
- Strategic Support: Serve as a frontline resource for the delivery team, providing guidance and conflict resolution when the Supervisor is off-site.
- Safety Stewardship: Lead the department’s safety culture by conducting rigorous pre-trip inspections and enforcing company-wide safety protocols.
Preffered Qualifications:
- Licensure: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Expertise: Significant experience in touch freight and high-volume delivery operations
- Leadership Aptitude: Proven ability to train, mentor, and communicate effectively with a diverse team.
- Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age with a commitment to professional growth and safety.
Other responsibilities:
- The CDL Driver supports the facilities’ supervisors with leading and coaching of delivery team members by facilitating individual and/or group training while also assisting the delivery team with technical equipment
- You will be responsible for unloading and delivering products to our customers as well as pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle
- This role must have the ability to safely and professionally operate a commercial motor vehicle including conveyors and carts
- The CDL Driver will securely operate powered industrial trucks and/or material handling equipment such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck
- You will pick up returned products including payments and pallets as well as completing delivery and pick up paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military
Must be at least 21 years old
Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License
Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
