Position Overview

AB Clean is seeking a Lead Cleaning Technician to support our growing team. This role is responsible for helping oversee cleaning operations at assigned locations, supporting and training technicians, and ensuring our company’s quality standards are consistently met.

The Lead Technician will act as a team leader in the field, helping technicians succeed while maintaining strong communication with management.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Lead by example by performing high-quality cleaning services
• Assist with training and onboarding new technicians
• Provide guidance and support to team members during shifts
• Help reinforce company standards, procedures, and expectations

Quality Control

• Conduct routine inspections of assigned locations
• Ensure cleaning tasks are completed according to company checklists
• Address issues and communicate any concerns to management

Location Ownership

• Take responsibility for the overall condition and cleanliness of assigned buildings
• Identify areas that may need additional attention or improvement
• Maintain positive and professional relationships with clients when onsite

Team Support

• Check in with technicians working at different locations when needed
• Assist with covering shifts or helping when staffing challenges arise
• Help ensure technicians have the tools and supplies needed to perform their work

Inventory & Supplies

• Monitor supply levels at assigned locations
• Restock supplies at location
• Help maintain organized storage areas

Qualifications

• Previous commercial or residential cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs and perform physical cleaning tasks

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
