Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Contract Compliance & Operationalization Analyst
In this role, as part of the P2P Transformation program, the role will be supporting the team for driving enablement of Catalogs and buying channels in Ariba. The role would split their time between driving BAU continuous process improvement and participating in transformational projects to deliver better user experience and efficiency across the entire Source to Pay process.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with category managers to ensure active contracts are properly structured and migrated into Ariba.
- Define contract templates, metadata requitements, and repository strategy for contract management
- Support contract clauses library alignment and workflow automation
- Ensure all operational contracts supports guided buying and preferred supplier strategy
- Collaboratively work with other workstreams to optimize the transformation
- Challenge the team to ensure efficient, resilient design of the solutions - keeping a view on the big picture and alignment on the core design/model
- Build the bridge between category strategy and system deployment, ensuring accurate contract integration.
- Support in preparing the implementation plan with input from senior stakeholders to actively build roadmap and ensure program/business are aware of all upcoming deliverables
- Establish and maintain effective senior stakeholder engagement demonstrating value to business partners through collective collaboration
- Leverage deep subject matter expertise to drive innovative solutions for stakeholders
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong functional understanding of end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) processes such as category management, content enablement, CLM, Sourcing, SRM, and invoicing.
- Experience in category management or strategic sourcing
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle, supplier onboarding, and buying practices
- Experience in SAP modules like SLP, Ariba is a plus
- Experience in process improvements and transformation programs
- Ability to drive change management and communication to enable transformation agenda
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi task, lead through ambiguities, influence where he/she does not have direct authority & build on unstructured formative situations
- Experience in Sourcing & Contracting experience in SAP Ariba
- Proficiency in excel macros / Power query is a must
- SAP Certified Associate - Implementation Consultant - SAP Ariba Contracts - Validates knowledge of creating contract workspaces, team management, clause library, and contract approval processes.
- Focuses on automating procurement adherence, using analytics for contract compliance, and integrating contracts with Procure-to-Pay processes.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SAP Ariba APIs, data import/export (Master Data Manager), and middleware configuration (SAP Integration Suite, managed gateway) to sync contracts with SAP S/4HANA.
- Effective communication skills, including presenting and influencing senior management.
- In-depth knowledge of the drivers of businesses performance and relevant key performance measures of Banking business
- Comfortable dealing with incomplete information, uncertainty, change and dealing with ambiguities
- Initiative and proactive thinking.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Good communication and customer-faced skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
