Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Java developer
In this role, you will work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
Responsibilities
Design client-side and server-side architecture
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write effective APIs
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a responsive design
Write technical documentation
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Graduate/ Postgraduate
Proven experience as a Java developer or similar role
Experience developing Web applications
Familiarity with common stacks
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g., Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate)
Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g., Apache Tomcat, JbossWildfly) and UI/UX design
Hands-on experience building microservices
Exposure to cloud and containerization (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot JPA/Hibernate)
Good to have JavaScript libraries (Angular or Reactjs), AJAX and View Technology JSP/JSF
Relevant years of experience in development
Preferred qualifications/ Skills
BE/ B tech. /MCA / MSc. / BSc
