Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, PHP Full Stack
We are looking for a talented PHP Full Stack Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing both the front-end and back-end components of web applications. You should be comfortable working with PHP frameworks (like Laravel or Symfony) and modern front-end technologies (such as Vue.js, React, or vanilla JavaScript).
Responsibilities

• Build and consume RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Develop and maintain front-end components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Work with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and JavaScript.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
• Work on both server-side logic and front-end UI components.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and other developers to deliver features on time.
• Debug, test, and fix bugs or performance issues across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Professional experience in web development
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Experience delivering projects in a collaborative, Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Back-End:

• PHP 7/8 with Laravel / Symfony / CodeIgniter (or similar)
• MySQL / PostgreSQL
• REST API design and integration

Front-End:

• JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Front-end frameworks like Vue.js, React.js, or Alpine.js
• Responsive UI frameworks (Bootstrap, TailwindCSS)
• Tools & Platforms:
• Git / GitHub / GitLab
• Composer, NPM/Yarn
• Docker (basic understanding)
• Postman, Swagger (API testing)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Clear communication and ability to work in a team
• Time management and attention to detail
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
