Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – Power BI Developer
As a Power BI Developer, you’ll transform data into intuitive, interactive dashboards through thoughtful design and efficient data modeling. You’ll collaborate closely with business, data, and product teams to ensure insights are accurate, performant, and aligned with user needs—delivering a cohesive, data-driven decision-making experience. Translate Estimate Quality data into trusted, actionable metrics and insights by designing analytics-ready data models and delivering impactful Power BI reports.

Responsibilities:

• Define, document, and maintain Estimate Quality KPIs, including estimate accuracy, change request reduction, cycle time, and compliance.
• Design and build analytics-ready datasets and semantic models optimized for Power BI consumption.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards for both operational teams and executive leadership.
• Partner closely with Product, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure consistent and aligned metric definitions.
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and usability across reporting solutions.
