Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, SQL Server Developer
The SQL Server Developer will be responsible for the design, develop, implementdatabase system based on client requirementusing SQL Server RDBMS systems, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a “hands-on” position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Manage SQL Server databases through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
Develop database schemas, tables, and dictionaries.
Perform bug fixes in database performance and take corrective measures.
Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant years of experience in database development and support in MS SQL Server environments.
Sound knowledge in designing database.
Expertise in writing complex stored proc, Cursor, Function and Trigger with Parent / Child Nesting.
Advanced SQL development.
Ability to analyze and decide what DB object needs to be used where.
Good design and logic handling skills + ability to handle unexpected scenarios.
Expertise in understanding, playing with data, debuggingand error handling.
Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
Develop procedures and scripts for data migration.
Defining Index strategies.
Performance tuning and query Optimization.
Good Team player and Mentoring Skills.
Expertise in communication to hold detailed technical discussionwith clients.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
BE/ B tech. /MCA / MSc. / BSc
SQL Azure database and AWS-RDS hands on knowledge from databaseperspective.
Knowledge of Mongo/PostgreSQL development will be addedadvantage.
