We are looking for a creative and experienced Lead – Content to design and enhance engaging, byte-sized learning experiences for new-generation learners. The role involves conceptualizing, curating, and transforming technical and professional content into learner-friendly, interactive, and outcome-driven modules that align with L&T EduTech’s quality standards.

The incumbent will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to translate complex concepts into simplified, visually appealing, and impactful digital learning content. They will also review and rework existing materials to make them more engaging, modular, and suitable for self-paced learning.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field.

• 10–15 years of experience in content development, instructional design, or training.

• Strong understanding of digital learning principles and learner engagement strategies.

• Excellent communication, client management, and coordination skills.

• Willingness to travel for program delivery and client interactions.
